- The following amendment is issued to reflect the necessary changes to the site visit. The site visit will be held on Tuesday, March 4th. All other requirements remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required item under RFQ V5532280520163. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk intends to purchase the following item(s): VTC Conference Room COMEODGRU Two requests attention be focused on the following requirements: Periodic maintenance contract with a minimum four times yearly visits inspecting and replacing worn or broken components at no charge to the command. Two 46" LCD monitors widescreen HDTV wall mounted 16 X 16 Ultra-wideband switcher w/RGB capability DVD/VCR Combo unit Smart Technologies ? SSDT Interactive Pen Display, Sympodium DT770 17", SXGA USB/Serial Smart Technologies ? XP40 USB Switch, for Audio, Video (RGB), and Data (USB) Tandberg 113545 VTC Codec 6000 MXP w/ Customer care service Secure Isolation Module w/ Bypass Switch & Dial Isolator Sony EVI-D100 Sound Structure C8 eight channel auto matrix mixer Amplifier, 2 Channel, 200 Watts/Ch At 8 Ohms, 325Watts/Ch At 4 Ohms, 600 Watts/Ch At 2 Ohms Crestron - PRO2 Integrated Remote Control System Crestron - TPS-12B Touchpanel, Isys 12" Tilt, Slimline Base, Black/Silver Acoustical Panels, Color TBD, Stain Grade, 9' Ceiling Custom Lectern with Rack - Finish TBD Warranty for replacement of parts including service within eight business hours Microphones should be mounted at various points in the table. We require the capability to display content and video simultaneously. The camera should focus on the individual that is talking at any given time. The capability of controlling the system at various points in the room is vital. Additionally the system should lockout the ability to hold a classified conference until all requirements have been met. Digital signs shall be mounted inside and outside the room informing personnel of the classification of the meeting as well as other pertinent information. This system should switch seamlessly between classified and unclassified modes of operation. The lectern should hold all equipment and be stained to match the existing conference table and have a logo to match the logo on the existing lectern. The table should have multiple connection boxes that pop up allowing connections to the system of the controller, sympodium, and stand alone laptops. All cables should be routed in a manner as to not be seen. All components of the system should be of a quality that it will support future technological upgrades for years to come. It needs to be simple enough for anyone to enter the room and set up a conference. The system should operate over IP as well as ISDN. It is important that COMEODGRU two have a VTC system that supports multiple modes of operation, is easy to set-up and use, will last for years to come, and be able to operate with new technology.
