- The RRB seeks information about alternative back-up solutions for the agency?s servers of various sizes and types. The objective of this notice is to determine the variety of technical approaches available, their appropriateness for the RRB, and the affordability of services and functions. Details about the current RRB LAN, mainframe, and enterprise (multiplatform) environments are available upon request from Ms. Velinda Nix at Velinda.nix@rrb.gov of the RRB Acquisition Management - Procurement Division at 312/751-3387. The hour and the date specified for receipt of offers is extended to March 6, 2008, 11:00am local time. Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation as amended above by completing and returning 1 copy of this amendment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-FEB-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
