- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has a requirement for Implementation and Business Operations support in establishing connectivity and operations with Domestic (as well as International, General Aviation and others in the future) airlines for the Secure Flight Program.The Secure Flight program is comprised of the following business functional areas ?Operations; Change Management; Business Architecture, Policy and Planning; Program Management Office; Office of Administration; Systems Development; and Data Center. This requirement will support Operations; Change Management; and Business Architecture, Policy and Planning. The TSA intends to solicit a Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed price IDIQ contract for services on or about February 15, 2008. This solicitation will be for a base ordering period of 5 years. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted to this website. This will be a best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) will be numbered HSTS02-08-R-TTC133. Market research is currently being conducted to determine the small business size requirements. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFERORS REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE.
