Description
This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Diversity Training Services Emphasizing Organizational Culture Change NNA232727Q-RAJ which was posted on 2/14/08. You are notified that the following changes are made: The Statement of Work (SOW) dated February 14, 2008, has been deleted in its entirety and replaced by the SOW dated February 26, 2008. Vendors shall provide a proposal that is 10 pages or less and includes the following: 1. A brief history of past performance providing training for NASA and or other federal agencies (within the last three years), identifying the type of training services rendered, and providing the federal agency point of contact 2. Proposed training course content for this effort, including: - Proposed training course lesson plans - Identify vignettes, scenarios, other proposed training tools - Length of training in hours - Training implementation plan 3. Proposed firm-fixed price for this training effort, including a detailed break down of all travel expenses for the Base Period and Option 1 Period listed in the February 26, 2008 SOW. Selection and award will be made to that offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, with consideration given to the factors of proposed technical requirements (scope and design), past performance, and price. It is critical that offerors provide adequate detail to allow evaluation of their offer. (SEE FAR 52.212-1) The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/ARC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=21 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
