- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has a requirement for one Registered Occupational Health Nurse. The individual in this position functions as an occupational and safety health medical professional and employee educator. They are responsible for providing direct patient care and perform other administrative and safety services as stipulated. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. This position is covered by wage determination provisions of the Service Contract Act for position number 12313 Registered Nurse II, Specialist. Specifications and further details will be released upon issuance of RFQ N66604-08-Q-4007, which is anticipated to be on or about 3 March 2008. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award.
