- SYNOPSIS Architect Engineer (AE) services are required for a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analysis to include preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and other associated environmental studies and documentation, which may include but is not limited to, Public Involvement Plan (PIP), biological surveys, biological assessments (BA), cultural resources surveys and evaluations, Clean Air Act conformity analysis (CAACA), airspace and air traffic analysis, noise studies, Environmental Condition of Property (ECP), Notice of Intent, Notice of Availability, Record of Decision (ROD), and administrative records for the proposed Land Acquisition Airspace Establishment in Support of Large-Scale MAGTF Live Fire and Maneuver Training at Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC) and Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms, California. The EIS will analyze the potential environmental effects of acquiring approximately 450,000 acres of public [specifically Bureau of Land Management (BLM)], state, and private land, the establishment of special use airspace overlying the acquisition area, and extension of the current Military Operation Area?s over surrounding areas.
