- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Eastern Region, Office of Acquisitions and Grants, intends to make award for work to correct fire and safety deficiencies at the S.O. Conte Anadromous Fish Branch (CAFB) in Turner Falls, MA. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the construction work. The NAICS Code is 238210, "Electrical Contractors". The magnitude of the requirement is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000. The expected completion date of the project is sixty (60) days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). A site visit will be held on 03/13/08 at 10:00am. Prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend. This is a requirement under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program; all responsible sources with a valid DUNS number may submit a proposal with quotation which shall be considered by the USGS. A vendor must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be awarded the contract. RFQ 08ERQQ0138 will be issued on or about 02/28/2008 with quotes due on 03/27/2008, 4:00 PM EST, document can be found at http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
