- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The IFB document and contract incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18, effective 30 Jun 2007 and Class Deviation 2005-0001. This bid is to include descriptive literature. Failure to receive this information with the bid will result in the bid being considered non responsive and bid will be rejected.
