Suppliers capable of producing/repairing the items for the Government must include documentation such as test results, copy of prior purchase/repair order(s) if the supplier produced/repaired the item. The supplier must de monstrate that the supplier can, in fact, repair the items listed above that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from previous suppliers. Suppliers may find obsolescence issues with certain items. In that case, suppliers sh ould have response to such a problem. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that these items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. A technical data package will not be available from the Army due to many errors embedded in the drawing package. Responding suppliers are asked to indicate their size status in relation to the applicable NAICS code 334511 and size standard 750.
