- This is an indefinite quantity contract with a base and four (4) option years to renew. The quaranteed minimum is $8,000.00 and the cumulative maximum is $400,000.00 per year. Solicitation will be available on or about March 17, 2008 and will only be available via the St. Louis District Web Page at www.usace.army.mil. No written solicitation will be mailed. WEB SITE ONLY. To qualify as a small business concern under this solicitation, the size standard is a concern and its affiliates having 500 e mployees or less. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
