- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented wi th additional information included in this notice. The U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement: (a) CLIN 0001: 2 Inch Micronizer, Sanitary USDA-Accepted Design. ACME Threaded Hand Fasteners, 3 16 Stainless Steel Construction, Pharmaceutical Finish, No Liners (Not including feeder, air controls, table-top base or exhaust bag). SUB-CLIN 000101: Option A - Portable Stainless Steel Table Tob Base and Air Controls SUB-CLIN 000102: Opt ion C - Volumetric Single Screw Feeder Model 102 with Controller 316 SS with Pharmaceutical Finish SUB-CLIN 000103: Option D - Sight Glass/Filter Attachment for Micronizer/Feeder Connection SUB-CLIN 000104: Option E - Product Collector with 1 Liter Collection Container and 1 Bag This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments re quirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers on RFQ W911S6-08-T-0031. All firms responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6640. North American Industrial Classification Standard 423490 (500) size standard in number of employees applies to this procurement. The following provisions and/or clauses applies to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FA R 52.212-3 ALT I Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items.
