- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT by ACA Directorate of Contracting, 4118 Susquehanna Ave, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD., using the simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items (FAR Part 12) to procure Labor and mate rials to accomplish on-call emergency service, maintenance, repair and calibration on the following Government-owned equipment: 160 ea Module, Wireless Ethernet, Model ATC01-CM102; 112 ea System Data Acquisition, Model ATC003-HIDAN-CMK3486; 42 ea Syste m Data Acquisition, Model ATC004-HIDAN-CMK6486; 20 ea Module, Ethernet, Model CM313HR. The Govt intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 for the above product to RTD Embedded Technologies, Inc., 103 Innovation bl vd., State College, PA 16803. Note: This firm is the sole [develop/sole manufacturer /distributor etc] of the service being requested. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy the agency requirements. < BR>All responses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00 PM est, March 5th, 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governmen t. The intended period of performance for this requirement shall be Date of Award through 12 months.
