- Description
- Requirement is for the design, manufacture and installation of two Hot Oil Test Stands, IAW furnished specifications. Each test stand must have the following capabilities and sytems: Must have one hydrostatic and two oil flow circuits, able to produce and hold pressures up to 5000 PSIG, able to control oil temps between 35 and 330 degrees fahrenheit, capable of supplying oil flows of up to 30 GPM at 1000 PSIG, contain oil reservoirs of at least 50 gallons. Additional specifications will be provided with the bid package. Solicitation will issue on or about 24 Mar 2008 and close on or about 25 Apr 2008. The complete solicitation package will be available on FedBizOpps on or about 24 Mar 2008. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this commercial acquisition. FOB destination pricing is requested. All responsible sources may submit a proposal or quote which shall be considered. This is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. See Numbered Note 1.
