- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide Design/Build services for design and construction of Project No. 520-321, Building 19 Interior Renovation, Biloxi, MS. The cost range for this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about 17 March 2008. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fedbizopps.gov. No hardcopies will be available.
