- Description
- This project is for two REILs on Runway 05 and 23 at the Shreveport Regional Airport and two REILs on Runway 14 and 32 at the Downtown Airport, Shreveport, Louisiana. The overall project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Remove 4 (four) existing REILs, (two) at Runway 05 and Runway 23, Shreveport Regional Airport and 2 (two) at runway 14 and Runway 32, Shreveport Downtown Airport. Remove existing, slabs, meter, disconnect switch for each REIL. 2. Install 4 (four) new REIL systems, with the following: a. Two slabs 5-0" x 4'-6" for individual control cabinets and REIL identifier lights b. Manhole c. New REIL aiming pad per the drawings. d. New power and control station per the project drawings. e. New duct bank for REIL power and control with orange cable marker every 200 foot. f. Access road with culvert per the project drawings. g. New meter (by Power CO.) h. New disconnect switch. i. new surge arrestor for each REIL j. Lightning and grounding protection system per FAA 19e. k. Remove 2 units from existing fence in-front of new Power & Control, Runway 14 and install new gate 18 feet Min. with strands barbed matching to existing per project per SW-D-4522-1 3. Reseed all disturbed grassy areas. 4. Clean each site. Performance Time: 90 Calendar Days Estimated Cost: Between $250,000 - $500,000 NACI: 237990 Size Standards: $31.0 Million This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE project.
