- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on HUD-owned single-family properties (1-4 units) located in the State of Oregon. HUD intends to award one indefinite quantity-fixed-price purchase order not to exceed $100,000 including option period. Performance is for an initial period of one year and one addition one-year option. Volume is estimated at 140 closings. The RFQ is for Full and Open Competition. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, and Size Standard is $6.5 million. RFQ: Q8D8AAC0015 will be available for downloading approximately15 days from published date on HUD?s web page address at: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm.
