- COMBINED SOLICITATION SPM4A6-08-Q-2588 IS HEREBY AMENDED TO SPM4A6-08-R-0370 AS FOLLOWS: A Request for Proposal (RFP) covering NSN 3655-01-047-3535 CYLINDER, COMPRESSED GAS. Purchase Request Number 0017203268 (Solicitation Number SPM4A6-08-R-0370) authorizes this procurement. Solicitation will be FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance at Destination. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price w/100% Quantity Option. The requested quantity is 85 each. The required delivery is 225 Days after Receipt of Order (DARO). The approved source(s) cited in the Purchase Order Text (POT) are GENERAL DYNAMICS ARMAMENT, Cage 17996, P/N 220007 and HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL, INC., Cage 70210, P/N 581650-1-1.
