- Copies of the RFP will be available on DSCC DIBBS website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ after 20 February 2008. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Proposed procurement is for a 5-year long-term contract (base yr. plus 4 option years). The item is a source controlled item manufactured by Corcom Inc. (05245). The acquisition is IAW Far Part 15. The NSN is 5915-01-146-8951. Solicitation is Unrestricted and Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Four increments will be solicited. Destinations may include any of the DLA stock sites. FOB destination applies. The procurement is for stock replenishment.
