- The purpose of this amendment number one to combined synopsis/solicitation CNCS-LDJ-08-0002 is to provide the following period of performance information: The period of performance resulting from award of this RFQ shall be one base year plus two optional years if execised by the Government. All other terms and conditions as a result of this amendmant remain unchanged.
