- Description
- The Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Administration (OA), is seeking for planning purposes only, potential sources from the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) 70, SIN 132-51, Information Technology Services, who can provide acquisition support to OA?s acquisition of an Information Technology Support contract, including the following services: 1. Identification of baseline performance, gaps and deficiencies associated with the current EOP operating model and contract provisions. 2. Development of an EOP infrastructure support concept of operations that identifies the target state and best-fit model for the provision of EOP IT infrastructure services. 3. Development of an acquisition strategy and plan. 4. Development of a statement of objectives (SOO), performance work statement (PWS), service level agreements (SLA?s) and related solicitation documents in accordance with the acquisition strategy and concept of operations. 5. Assistance in development of the Request for Proposals. 6. Development of a source selection plan and procedures for the evaluation and selection of the best value provider. 7. Technical assistance in the evaluation of proposals received in response to the solicitation. 8. Post-award support including implementation of a performance management dashboard and related performance based management tools. Sources that can provide the above services should provide a capability statement, limited to 15 pages or less, containing the following information: 1. A cover letter that includes the company name, and points of contact with a telephone numbers and email addresses. 2. A brief description of the company?s technical capabilities to support the requirements above. 3. A brief description of the company?s experience with similar projects including a brief summary of the work, dollar value, performance period, the agency to whom it was performed, and points of contact with phone numbers and email addresses. 4. Identification of company business size (i.e., large, small, 8(a), SDVOSB, Hubzone etc.) 5. GSA Schedule number. All information should be emailed to agrayson@oa.eop.gov no later than September 14, 2006 at 4:00 PM eastern time. This notice is issued as part of EOP?s market research to identify potential sources with relevant experience and capabilities. This request is being issued for information and planning purposes only and does not commit EOP to issue a solicitation, award a contract, or pay any cost incurred related to submission of information or related marketing meetings. OA reserves the right to hold market research meetings, if necessary, with some, but not necessarily, all sources responding to this notice. This notice is the only information provided.
