- The VA Network 22 Logistics Office seeks vendors interested in providing a quote for a firm fixed-price service contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) to remove and dispose of Hazardous Waste at VA Long Beach Healthcare System, 5901 E. 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822, VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton Road, Loma Linda, CA 92357, and VA West Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073. Solicitation is to be available on or about September 10, 2007 with quotes due September 21, 2007. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Facsimile requests may be sent to (562) 961-1389. The requestor must include the RFQ number, requestor name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address (if available).
