- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items (FAR Part 12) prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attached solicitation constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is attached to this synopsis. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-21. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00253-08-T-0019. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 519190 and has a size standard of $6,500,000. This procurement is being issued under full and open competition. NUWC Keyport has a requirement for XYEnterprise Contenta (or equivalent) management system, training, and related items and also for related optional items. Details can be found in the attached solicitation. If proposing an equivalent product, the products proposed MUST be an application approved by the Functional Area Manager (FAM) and listed as approved in the DON (Department of Navy) Application and Database Management System (DADMS). This approval and listing is required for the product to be installed into any Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) computer system. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport WA 98345-7610.Period of performance for the basic requirement shall be from date of award until 365 ! days thereafter. Optional items, if exercised, may be exercised at any time up to 1,460 days (4 years) from date of contract award. Applicable FAR clauses can be found in the attached solicitation.
