- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is GS-11P-08-YED-0062 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The contractor shall establish and operate in the contractor's name, the food service facilities as shown in 4 below, for the purpose of dispensing food, non-alcholic beverages and such other items as may be authroized by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), in accordance with all terms and conditions specified herein. This cafeteria is to be operated for the benefit of employees who will be occupants in the building located at the Postal Square Building #2, Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20415.
