- Description
- The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) Benchmarking and Best Practices Center of Excellence (B2PCOE) services for the Office of Naval Research. The focus is on knowledge sharing in the areas of design, manufacturing, test and support, and benchmarking various technology sectors vital to the defense industry to improve the level of competitiveness of the industrial base and to enhance the affordability and performance of defense platforms and weapon systems. The Government encourages innovative approaches to meeting the Navy?s technology needs. The intent is to minimize the operations and management costs of the Navy?s B2PCOE and, thereby, maximize results through increased technical efforts.
