- Description
- The FISC Norfolk Division Philadelphia announces a requirement for the analysis and support of the Naval Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) programs and initiatives, as well as the associated pollution prevention in support of the Naval Inventory Control Point and Navy packaging Board (NPB). The government is currently contemplating full and open competition of a single award Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract for a base period of 12 months with four 12 month option periods. The estimated level of effort is approximately 15,000 hours a year. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be made available on the following web site: www.neco.navy.mil under solicitation number N00140-08-R-Z013.
