- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is procuring a pulsed RF transmitter. In support of this effort, NSWCCD intends to negotiate a non-competitive procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Tomco Technologies. Tomco Technologies manufactures a power transmitter that meets our output levels of 4000 watts over the entire HF band and meets the size requirements of a rack mountable unit of 5U or less. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may forward their capabilities statements to the Government POC on or before 03/12/08.
