- Program Executive Office (PEO) Ships, Strategic and Theatre Program Office (PMS 385) is planning an Industry Day on 14 March 2008 regarding the acquisition of the Maritime Prepositioning Force (Future) (MPF(F)) Mobile Landing Platform (MLP). The purpose of the conference will be to provide an overview of the MLP program and an overview of a planned upcoming MLP solicitation. The draft performance specification will be available for download prior to 14 March 2008 at the PEO Ships MLP website http://peoships.crane.navy.mil/mlpindustryday. Due to limited space, only three (3) persons from each organization will be permitted to attend. Depending on the number of respondents, this number may be reduced to two (2) persons per organization. Advance registration is required. Organizations must request attendance no later than 5 March 2008. Individuals that have not registered in advance will not be permitted to attend. Registration for the industry day should be coordi nated with Mary Ann Gerberick. Mary Ann Gerberick can be contacted via email at mary.gerberick@navy.mil. The conference will be held at Maritime Plaza I located at 1201 M Street SE, Washington DC, 20003, Room 440. The conference will begin at 0900. Sign in will commence starting at 0800.
