- Presolicitation Notice is hereby modified to reflect the following changes: Projected date for issuance of solicitation documents is no later than 5 March 2008. The estimated date for bid opening is 7 March 2008 but solicitation package will state specific bid opening date and time. The entire solicitation, including plans and specifications, will be available for viewing and downloading at https://www.neco.navy.mil/index.cfm. Prospective Offerors MUST register themselves on the web site. Amendments will be posted on the web site for downloading. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments; therefore, IT IS THE OFFEROR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Solicitation package will provide dates for two scheduled site visits. These will be the only two scheduled site visits. If contractors are interested in attending site visit, they will be responsible for contacting point of contact cited and provide required information for base access. All other information remains unchanged.
