- Great Plains Regional Contracting office has a requirement for Anti Rabies Monoclonal Globulin Vaccine . This requirement will be under Commercial Item Procedures IAW FAR Part 12. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business and all respo nsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Solicitation will be issued on 27 Feb 2008 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/gov_personnel_main.cfm. Award will be made on or about 10 Mar 2008.
