- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with JNK Planning and Consulting for site support in the areas of meetings, presentations, site analysis, management support, preliminary and advance d planning and project management, C4ISR Campus, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Harford County, MD. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for competitive proposals. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining interest in future competitive procurements for these services. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS Code is 541611 with a size standard of $6.5Milli on.
