- The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing the Ouachita-Greeson-DeGray Project Office building in Garland County, Arkansas. Principal features of the work include excavation, backfill, hot mix asphalt pavement service road and access road, gravel porous pavement parking area, security gate, stone retaining wall, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, providing as-built drawings, all work required for constructing the complete and operational office build ing, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (Fed Biz Opps) Web Page at htt p://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Compact discs and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check the Fed Biz Opps Web Page often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones.
