- Brush Section, NSN 1015-01-441-4161, PN 11580239. The item to procure is a brush section cleaning artillery. Guaranteed minimum 100 each. FOB destination. No Higher Level QA Requirements. For use on the 81MM Mortar, XM 252, consisting of: Head, Screw , 92) Rive ts, MS20426-E840. The overall length is 6.25 inches. Solicitation is already issued, being extending until 14 April 2004. Changes have been made to original solicitation. This solicitaion will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.402 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may downlaod it on or after 28 Feb 2008 by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTI ON: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintian a bidders mailing list. It is therefor incumbent upon any interested parties to per iodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipts of proposals may render your bid or prop osal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. A License Agreement requires the items procured to be manufactured in the US. US means the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The succesful offeror under this solicitation agress to m anufacture the items, being procured under this contract, within the US.
