This ite m is restricted to Rolin Industries Inc., CAGE Code: 0UHH0 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisitio n. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
