- The US Army is seeking sources to provide base camp operations, maintenance, and services at Novo Selo Training Area near Sliven, Bulgaria from approximately 1 Jun 08 through 31 Oct 08, for approximately 1200 soldiers to include, but not limited to t he following: Furniture, ablution units, internet-caf?, local and international telephone service, transportation services, outdoor area lighting, laundry, MWR equipment, material handling equipment (up to 25K all-terrain capability), non-stop power generation, storage and removal of waste water, storage and removal of trash, area security, dining facility operations, storage and distribution of fuel, land preparation, and billeting. The solicitation will be released 15 March 08, will close 11 Apr 08, and single or multiple awards will result from this solicitation. Note- all structures are required to be temporary in nature.
