- We intend to award a sole source contract to PartMiner Information Services Inc.,80 Ruland Road, Melville, NY 11747, to purchase four (4) each PartMiner Information Service database subscription and technical information packages. This subscription service are developed and maintenance by PartMiner Information Services Inc who has proprietary rights. The database subscription service are compatible, and interchangeable with the existing subscription. Other than full and open competition will be use d under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
