- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region Contracting Center-West, internds to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contrac t in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) to North American Rescue Products, 481 Garlington Rd, Ste A, Greenville, SC 29615 for the following items: The Official Ranger Medic Handbook of the 75th Ranger Regiments Tactical Health Care Professionals. The pocke t-sized handbook contains sections on Tactical Combat Casualty Care, trauma protocols and procedures, common sick call related subjects, Pharmacology, duties and responsibilities, packing lists and more.
