- Description
- The 45th Contracting Squadron has a follow-on contract requirement to provide highly specialized Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and Information Technology Support Services to include: In-depth Evaluation of Radar System Engineering; Data Processing and Analysis; and Information Technology Technical Advisory Services for the Technical Sensor Radar (TSR) Support Program on six (6) unique radar systems. Detailed engineering knowledge of the Mobile Sensor 1 (MS1), Mobile Sensor 2 (MS2), Mobile Sensor 3 (MS3), Fixed Sensor 1 (FS1) and Fixed Sensor 2 (FS2) programs is essential to the success of this program in order to accomplish required validation, verification and systems engineering tasks. Knowledge of the Fixed Sensor 3 (FS3) program is highly desirable, but is not considered crucial. Contractor personnel will have access to classified information, up to and including, the Top Secret clearance level. Contractor personnel will require access to secured areas. The contractor must have a Top Secret facility clearance, and the capability to obtain Special Background Investigations (SBIs) prior to contract award. The Program office is located at Air Force Technical Application Center (AFTAC), Patrick AFB, FL. The period of performance is for one (1) base year and four (4) one-year priced options. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract is anticipated. The current contract (FA2521-04-C-0004) is a Sole Source Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract with Riverside Research Institute. This service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541690. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis.
