- Description
- The Philadelphia VA Medical Center is seeking a qualified Architect/Engineer develop construction documents to upgrade the Emergency Department and Patient Processing area on the 1st floor of the Clinical Addition, Bldg #2. The scope of work shall be for conceptual drawing, preliminary layouts and then construction documents. Work is to include architectural upgrades and general construction, electrical and HVAC. Initial contract will be for conceptual/preliminary documents, if approved then construction documents. The selected firm must have previous experience in designing hospital Emergency Departments. The selected A/E firm shall meet with various staff members - Administrative Staff and Nursing, they will have input in developing the plans for this project. The square footage for this project is approximately 25,000. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System Code) for this project is 541310.
