- Description
- The proposed contract action is for parking space services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR Part 6.302. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) requires indoor secure parking spaces for one hundred(100) government owned automobiles for the ATF office located at the 1155 Brewery Park Blvd. Detroit, MI 48207. The facility must be within one (1) block of that location and accessible 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Vendor will have a period of performance from 4/01/2008 to 03/31/2009. The awarded contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive payment.
