- Description
- Office, Shop, Storage Space Wanted: The USDA, NRCS currently occupies warehouse space at 1025 Story Mill Road. Bozeman, Montana under a lease that expires 9/20/2008. The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is interested in considering alternative space if it is econmically advantageous. NRCS will be accepting proposals for space from parties interested in leasing approximately 6570 useable sq.ft. of high quality office, shop and cold storage space. 8850 sq. ft. of outdoor area is also required. 3250 sq. ft. enclosed for hazardous materials, and equipment storage. Occupancy will be required prior to 10/1/2008. To be considered the space must be within 10 miles of Bozeman city limits. All utilities, snow removal , maintenance services, tenant alterations and off street parking are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must be fully handicapped accessible. The lease term will be 5 yrs. with a 5 yr. renewal option and include 120 day termination rights. interested parties are advised that NRCS will consider moving costs, alterations, etc. when deciding the best fit for the NRCS. Interested parties should submit information concerning their properties to MGT. Services, USDA, NRCS, 10 East Babcock Street, Rm 443, Bozeman, MT 59715 by April 6, 2007. Information submitted shall include address of space, available sq. ft., estimated rent and date of availability. Respondents will receive a copy of the solicitaiton.
