- Audiologist services to be provided at VA's West Haven Campus located at 950 Campbell Avenue in West Haven, CT. Services are needed Tuesdays through Saturdays for 8 hours a day. Quotes for providing services less than 5 days a week will be considered. Performance period will be one year from date of award. Solicitation package will include additional option year periods. NAICS code 621399 applies to this procurement. The solicitation package (approximately 40 pages) can be viewed or downloaded, at no charge, from the link on this page (if no link is shown then solicitation has not been posted yet). Solicitation shall be posted on or about January 14, 2008. Should interested parties wish to obtain a hard copy of the solicitation package, it is available for a non-refundable fee of $40.00, payable by certified check or money order to VA Connecticut Healthcare System.
