- Description
- Elmendorf AFB, AK has a requirement for Custodial Services at Elmendorf AFB. The awarded contract will be a requirements type contract. All work will be funded and issued on delivery orders. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all the requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW). Work consists of, but is not limited to: vacuuming and shampooing carpets; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, saunas and steam room; stocking restrooms; emptying trash receptacles; dusting; cleaning walls, mirrors, windows, and doors; sweeping, mopping, stripping and waxing floors and other general cleaning requirements. The period of performance is one base year (1 April 2008 though 30 September 2008) plus four option years.
