- Description
- Work consists of concrete foundation, footings, and floor slab,structural steel, wood stud wall framing, wood trusses, plaster finish, and a built up roof. Interior finishes include vinyl flooring and wall base, gypsum board with paint, acoustic ceiling tile, casework and wood trim, specialties and window treatment. Commercial plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems are also a part of work. Site improvements include concrete and asphalt paving, site utilities, drainage improvements and landscaping. Estimated cost range for project is between $1,750,000 and $1,950,000. Technical and pricing proposals will be required. Faxed or E-mailed proposals will not be accepted.
