- Description
- The U.S. House of Representatives is seeking proposals for vendor support to have a study done of the U.S. House of Representatives Members Personal Office Staff (Washington, DC and District offices) compensation and salary practices, and Member, Committee, and Support Staff employment, personnel, and benefits trends. This net effect of this study is to improve staff moral, establish criteria for hiring, and reduce employee turnover. With an annual turnover rate averaging approximately 30% in veteran Member offices, compensation, employment, and employee benefit trend data of other veteran Member offices is critical information in helping them to develop strategies to retain valued staff.
