- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is TIRNO-08-R-00009 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). No solicitation document exists and requests for same will be considered non-responsive. In this solicitation document, the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-22 effective 23 November 2007.
