- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to MEMSCAP, Inc. on a sole source basis to purchase the following items: Item 1, Poly0 and Poly2 Short Loops, quantity 1 each. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement.
