- This is a Sole Source announcement. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. Space and naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego(SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award on a firm fixed price contract to R J E International, 15375 BARRANCA Pkwy B107, Irvine CA 92618 for 5 ea Underwater Location Beacon, Model ULB350/9; 6 ea Underwater Location Beacon, Model ULB350/5; 5 ea Diver Operated PINGER Receiver System, Model DPR-275; 13 ea Acoustic Recall PINGER, Model ULB-370/12. Awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition FAR Part 13. Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of this advertisement will be considered by the Government.
