This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside procurement action. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center San Diego is requesting proposals from qualified, responsible small business concerns capable of providing necessary services and materials to provide Civilian Employee Assistance Program Services in accordance with the attached solicitation number N00244-08-R-0042 for the full description terms, conditions and clauses which is available for viewing on the Navy Electronic Commerce Website https://www.neco.navy.mil/.
