- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to negotiate on a competitive basis for the acquisition of non-personal logistics and administrative services in support of Security Assistance Foreign Representatives (SAFRs) located at Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The NAVICP office requires these services to assist the resident SAFR offices in specific but not limited to the logistics/administrative duties relative to the successful monitoring and execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements. The terms of the agreement will be for a base period of performance of one (1) year beginning 1 July 2008 and running through 30 June 2009 with options for two (2) additional years. The RFP will be made available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of this solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFP and any amendments hereto. Responses must be received within 45 days of publication of this notice.
