- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attached solicitation constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is attached to this synopsis. The solicitation number for this requirement is Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00253-08-T-0078. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport?s requirement is 1 (one) ? 20,000 pound capacity fork truck. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610 with delivery not later than 25 September 2008. This solicitation will be procured under full and open competition as a commercial item. The procurement is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 333924 with a size standard of 750 employees. The closing date of the solicitation will be 10 March 2008 at 1600 pacific standard time, unles s a later date is specified in the solicitation. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading the Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at www.neco.navy.mil and frequently monitoring the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Offerors are also advised that representations and certifications must be completed electronically via the O RCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
